Online Counselling FAQs

Answers to the questions people most often ask before booking a session with Let's Heal & Thrive.

Online counselling is a live, one-on-one session held over video or audio call instead of in a physical office. Research and clinical experience both show it can be just as effective as in-person therapy for most concerns, including anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and low mood — with the added convenience of attending from wherever you feel comfortable.

Nidhi works with individuals, couples, and teenagers on concerns including anxiety and stress, low mood, relationship and communication difficulties, self-esteem, grief and loss, and general emotional wellbeing. If you're unsure whether your concern fits, you're welcome to book a session and discuss it directly.

Yes. Teen Counselling is offered both online and in-person for clients aged 18 and under. Since it's for minors, a parent or legal guardian must provide signed consent before the first session — this is arranged automatically as part of the booking process.

If you're unsure, the free Mental Wellbeing Check-In on this site is a good place to start — a short, plain-language self-assessment that can help you understand what you're experiencing. It's not a diagnosis, but it can help you decide whether it may help to talk to someone.
